The Center Change Request Form Will be Available with effect from Thursday 26th May, 2022 on submission of required fee in the form of HBL online Challan that is:

Center Change Fee	10000/PKR
Group Change Fee	5000/PKR

1. Private Student can only appear in his own district (from where he/she belong or holding local/domicile) and Quetta.
2. No application will be entertained on bases of Residential Certificate.
3. Center Changed Fee is Ten Thousand (10,000/-) PKR if eligible.
4. All candidates are directed to carefully check the contents of Roll No. slip i.e. Name, Father's Name, Subjects and Picture before commencement of examination.
5. After examination no change will be made whatsoever the case may be. 6. Examination Centers and roll Number are available at University of Balochistan Website WWW.UOB.EDU.PK
8. If there is any subject clash contact to the Examination (conduct) branch.
9. Errors and omission are acceptable.
